- Validity period: 6 months or 1 year depending on the type of treatment. The expiry date is written on the policy.
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF PROBLEMS WITH TREATMENT:
- Contact and inform our International Department.
- Take an x-ray and examination report from the dentist in your country of residence, send it to your patient representative and wait for the insurance approval process (1-10 days).
- After the insurance company has given its approval, organise a flight ticket and hotel for the period specified for your treatment.
If you come without insurance approval, the insurance company does not pay.
